With over 18 years of experience across the health, wellness, and beauty sectors, Asia has a proven record of empowering businesses through strategic vision, unmatched sales performance, and hands-on leadership.
Her background spans a wide array of roles, from Director of Sales and National Sales Manager in medical aesthetics and skincare to Senior Brand Strategist and Marketing Director. Asia’s expertise lies in creating effective sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and building brands that capture the market’s attention. She has consistently delivered exceptional revenue growth, led successful product launches, and expanded brand presence in both North American and international markets.

Sandra Beaudry is a highly accomplished sales executive with over 25 years of experience in the OTC cosmetics industry. Known for her strategic vision and transformational leadership, she currently serves as the Director of Sales at Cosmetica Laboratories, where she manages a portfolio worth over $150MM and is on track for 55% growth in FY 2023. Sandra has a proven track record of driving revenue, developing high-performance teams, and cultivating key business relationships across multiple regions, including Canada, Europe, and the Eastern USA.
She has held senior leadership roles at prominent companies such as Caudalie, Dermalogica, L’Oréal, Moroccanoil, and Bumble and bumble, consistently exceeding sales targets and expanding brand presence. Sandra excels in creating and executing successful sales strategies, forecasting, and managing P&L, with a strong focus on innovation and process improvement.
Sandra holds a B.A. in Sociology, Psychology, and Criminology from Queen’s University and an MBA from Ryerson University, and is driven by a passion for growth, excellence, and empowering teams to achieve success.
